The Fitnessfirstindia Program is crafted by Ultra Runner Coach Vijay for all those who aspire to pursue a career in running. From Half marathons, to full marathons, duathlon, triathlons ,to Ultra running and Trail running. Running is the most versatile sport that can be taken up whenever, wherever and by whoever. You are never too young or never too old to start running.

But then again, it ain’t no walk in the park for those who take it seriously and for those few people, we have Structured Scientific Training Plans. Anyone can run, but not everyone can run correctly. And that is where the Fitnessfirstindia Running program comes into play, with technique, injury prevention, nutrition, fitness and mental health.
